Info Center eStore is operated by Info Center Networks & Communications W.L.L., Qatar.

In these Terms, “Info Center”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to the company, and “you” or “customer” refers to users of our platform.

2. Services
Online Shopping
Customers can browse and purchase products through our website, WhatsApp, or direct sales channels. Some features may be limited for guest users.

Delivery
Delivery is available across Qatar
Orders will be delivered to the address provided during checkout
Store pickup is available (selected products only)

Delivery Timeframe
Estimated delivery: 1–3 working days
Delays may occur; customers will be informed accordingly

Missed Delivery
If the customer fails to accept delivery, Info Center reserves the right to cancel the order.

3. Account Registration
Registration is optional but recommended
Customers must provide accurate details
You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality
Info Center may suspend or terminate accounts if misuse is detected

4. Eligibility
Customers must be 18 years or older
Services are intended for use within Qatar only

5. Acceptable Use

Misuse or disrupt the platform
We reserve the right to block access if violations occur.

6. Orders & Payments
Orders are subject to product availability
We accept:

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Info Center reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

Stock unavailability
Verification issues

7. Delivery Policy

Free delivery within Doha (conditions may apply)
Additional charges may apply for remote locations
Store pickup orders are held for 1 day only

8. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only if:

Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Product is unused and in original packaging
Conditions
Return request must be within 7 days of delivery
Refunds are processed after inspection
Delivery and transaction charges may be deducted
Non-Returnable Cases
Opened or used products
Incorrect orders placed by the customer
Products marked “non-returnable”
